Terms of Service

Please read the following before ordering a commission piece, thank you!

I reserve the right to decline any commission that doesn’t fit my style, preferences, or comfort level.
I retain full rights to all commissioned artworks. I may share them on my platforms unless otherwise agreed.
Do not claim my work as your own. Credit must be given when artwork is displayed outside of its intended use.

Artworks are for personal use only (e.g., emotes, banners, panels, profile pictures).
Commercial use or resale is not permitted unless commercial rights are purchased.
Do not alter, trace, or edit the artwork. Revisions must be requested directly—additional fees may apply.
Do not use my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related purposes.

Payments will be accepted through PayPal invoicing only.
I will not begin your commission until payment is received.
Commissions under $100 must be paid in full upfront.
Commissions over $100 require 50% upfront before work begins; the remaining 50% is due upon completion (though it may be paid earlier depending on the scope of work).
All prices are listed in USD.
Extra charges may apply for complex details or special requests.
Turnaround time is typically 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and communication.
I may be working on multiple projects or dealing with personal matters—thank you for your patience.

If you need to cancel before the sketch phase, you will receive a 100% refund.
If a sketch has been completed, you may receive up to a 50% refund to cover time spent researching and sketching.
After a sketch is approved, refunds will depend on the amount of work already completed.
No refunds will be issued if I interpret the artwork as 90% completed.
If I cancel a commission after payment has been made, a proportional refund will be issued based on work not yet completed.

Please be clear and specific with your request.
I work best visually — pictures, moodboards, or reference sheets are very helpful.
Detailed written descriptions are also welcome.

Once payment is received, I’ll begin work on your commission.

You will receive sketches via Discord or Google Docs.
Please provide clear colors, style preferences, descriptions, and/or visual references in your request.
Revisions must be requested during this stage.

Only minor fixes or corrections for misunderstandings will be accepted at this stage.
Major revisions requiring extensive rework will incur additional fees.

Once the artwork is approved, I may request the final payment (if applicable).
You will receive the finished commission as a high-resolution PNG via Email, GoogleDocs, or Discord.
