Thank you for your interest in my art work! Please read the following before ordering a commission piece.
By commissioning my services you agree to the following conditions:

• I reserve the right to decline any commission that doesn’t fit my style, preferences, or comfort level.
• I retain full rights to all commissioned artworks. I may share them on my platforms unless otherwise agreed.
• Do not claim my work as your own. Credit must be given when artwork is displayed outside of its intended use.
• All pieces are 100% human-made. I do not use generative AI for sketching, rendering, or finishing commission work.
• TOS are subject to change at any time.

• Do not alter, trace, or edit the artwork. Revisions on past commission pieces must be requested directly—additional fees may apply.
• Artworks are for personal use only, not for profit or redistribution.
• Do not use my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related purposes.
• Commercial use or resale is not permitted unless commercial rights are purchased (see Inquiries below).

• I am currently not offering Commercial Licenses for advertisement, promotions, or merchandise production.

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Payments will be accepted through PayPal or Venmo app services only.
  • Both services will require you to add me as a friend to avoid fees on both sides.
• I will not begin your commission until payment is received.
  • Commissions under $100 must be paid in full upfront.
  • Commissions over $100 require 50% upfront before work begins; the remaining 50% is due upon completion, though it may be paid earlier depending on the scope of work and your financial comfort.
• Turnaround time is typically 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and communication turnaround.
• Extra charges may apply for complex details or special requests.
• Please understand that I may be working on multiple projects or dealing with personal matters if art work exceeds the timeframe—thank you for your patience.

• Should you need to cancel before the sketch phase, you will receive a 100% refund.
• If a sketch has been completed, you may receive up to a 50% refund to cover time spent researching and sketching.
• After a sketch is approved, refunds will depend on the amount of work already completed.
• No refunds will be issued if I interpret the artwork as 90% completed.
• If I cancel a commission after payment has been made, a proportional refund will be issued based on work not yet completed.
• Your piece will be delivered as is, depending on phase of the commission and cancellation.

• Original Characters (OCs)
• Fanart (please specify where the character is from)
• Fantasy creatures, monsters, and animals
• Illustrations for banners, panels, profile pictures, and emotes
• Lighthearted or cozy scenes

• Detailed backgrounds (I’m lazy)
• Comics
• Fetish, NSFW or any sexual content
• Romance pieces
• Self-portraits (I’m bad at it lol)
• Mecha
• Political content
• Depictions of drug use or suicide

• Please be clear and specific with your request.
• Please have an established theme or idea of what you would like – “what ever you want” will NOT do.
• I work best visually — pictures, mood boards, or reference sheets are very helpful.
• Detailed written descriptions or bullet point descriptions are welcome.
• For Original art pieces, please know you will be receiving a PHYSICAL art piece and this will require your mailing address.

• Expect an email or message from the preferred platform you have chosen in the Form.

• If you do not respond within 48-hours, I will move onto the next person on the Wait List.
• We will discuss the details of your Art Request.
• From here, the next step will be Payment.

• I will send you an Invoice of your commission details.
  • Payments will be accepted through PayPal or Venmo app services only.
  • Both services will require you to add me as a friend – details will be in your Invoice.
• Once payment is received, I’ll begin work on your commission.
• Expect an email or message from the preferred platform you have chosen in the Request Form.

• If you fail to pay within 48-hours, I will move onto the next person on the Wait List.

You will receive sketches via Discord or Google Docs – Please check your messages or Spam folder.

Revisions must be requested during this stage.

One additional revision pass is allowed on this stage.

– Only minor fixes or corrections for misunderstandings will be accepted at this stage.
– Major revisions requiring extensive rework will incur additional fees.

• Once the artwork is approved, I will send your final invoice.
• Upon final payment, you will receive the finished commission as a high-resolution PNG via Email, GoogleDocs, or Discord.
